Uniform
At St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Primary School, pupils are expected to wear full uniform. Summer uniform can be worn from after the Easter holidays up to the October half term.

School Uniform - Girls:
- White polo shirt with school logo or white blouse
- Red sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo
- Grey skirt, pinafore dress or shorts, grey/black trousers
- Red and white summer dress
- White/grey ankle/below knee socks or grey/black tights (no trainer socks or red tights)
- Black shoes (no boots) – all shoes must have enclosed toes and heels
- Trainers are not allowed
PE kit - Girls:
- Round neck white T-shirt with school logo
- Red stripe PE shorts
- Trainers
School Uniform - Boys:
- White polo shirt with logo or white shirt

- School tracksuit for outdoor PE in winter (alternatively, children may wear their school sweatshirt over their PE T-shirt in winter)
General:
- Hair – long hair should be tied back, away from the face at all times using hair bands/slides in the school colours (black/brown/red) - only small headbands in hair are allowed
- Children may not dye or bleach their hair; hairstyles must be of a conventional nature
- Children must not wear jewellery to school; small studs in pierced ears are the only acceptable items; these must be removed before PE lessons (please make sure that your child is able to do this independently)
- Nail varnish is not permitted
- All uniform and kit must be labelled
